Rail4All is a blend of technology, business change and awareness generation that will positively disrupt the current passenger assistance process enabling the sector wide changes required to bring down the barriers to accessibility for people with disabilities and in particular those with less visible impairments.

Through the application of mobile technology, we intend to deliver an ‘uber’ and ‘lyft’ approach to booking, acknowledging, managing and executing passenger assistance requests. Enabling passengers to securely share personal information including a photo with those providing assistance whilst at the same time allowing employees of the facility owner of operator to do the same.

Through directly tackling and addressing these accessibility issues, Rail4All has the potential to remove the uncertainty, nervousness and trepidation that’s often felt by disabled passengers.
